Shipping

We ship primarily via Priority Mail in order to give you one of the fastest delivery windows in the industry (from the date of shipment, our shipments average 3 business days transit time to most areas). At our discretion, we may use UPS in certain circumstances (average 1 week delivery time to most areas).

Shipping and insurance is $65 for a saddle within the Continental US. For saddles that include fittings or other extra items, shipping may be a few dollars more depending on the total weight of the package. (You can always view shipping costs by clicking on "add to cart".) If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories please email us for shipping rates.

Note to Local Clients: Due to the growth and volume of our business, we regret that we no longer are able to provide local meet up options for pick-up or returns in the Tucson area. To honor our valued local clients we offer a special $14 shipping rate to orders shipping to a Tucson, AZ zip code (just ask us and we will assist you with setting up that special rate). We are a web-based business with a primary focus on a nationwide clientele, and currently ship all orders.

A signature will be required upon delivery. Due to the high value of saddle shipments, we cannot waive the signature requirement.

We typically ship within 2 business days of cleared payment. (Note that Paypal e-check and personal check payments will be held until clear, which typically takes one week or so.)

Buyer will receive a shipping confirmation by email from the carrier (USPS or UPS) once saddle has been shipped. (Please note that if you have paid via Paypal, the shipping confirmation will be sent to you via Paypal as well. If you don't see it in your inbox on the expected ship date, check your spam folder. If you don't see it there, let us know and we can forward you the tracking number again.)

Shipping/insurance charges are not refundable in case of a return.
